At Kasper Engineering, we conceptualize, deign and manufacture Conical Lighting Pole and to their quality, we have established quality management policy. Our
strong in-house engineering team follows the regulations set by
international standards in the production to maintain the international
quality standards. The poles are fabricated utilizing high-grade steel, carbon steel, galvanized iron and other structural material. A specialized Quality Control team is appointed to inspect and test each pole to assure its structural integrity and economics.
We possess a 1000 sq.m production unit in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, affiliated with an ISO 9001:2008 certificate. The production unit is housed with sophisticated and computer controlled machinery, comprising press brake, CNC profile cutting machine, angle punching and shearing machine, profile cutting machine, and a host of other fabrication and finishing machinery; that ensure fast production rate. At the hot dip galvanizing plant, the steel poles fabricated are coated with a layer of zinc. The cutting edge material handling tools assist personnel in carrying and handling of metal alloys, semi-finished and finished poles within the plant.
